Vivid-Pix does not sell your personal information. We send minimal communications to update customers on product features, enhancements, and sales.
Vivid-Pix provides consumer and commercial software. Our Terms of Sale and EULA (End User License Agreement) for our various software can be found below.
Memory Station Software Home Edition
Memory Station Software Professional Edition
Software is fulfilled after completing an online order. An email is also sent that provides software download, applicable license key, and instructions.
Memory Station Scanner and Image Stabilizer are shipped within a day or two of placing online order. Most orders are received within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy:
Vivid-Pix will provide a full refund if our products and/or services are determined to not work as represented following troubleshooting and support.
Vivid-Pix Software and Education Support is coordinated through Vivid-Pix. Please contact us through Support@Vivid-Pix.com.
Memory Station Scanner (SV600) comes with a full 1-year warranty. An optional 3-year replacement program is available and coordinated through Ricoh. All service for scanner is managed through Ricoh, who can be contacted at:

Cancellation Policy:
Vivid-Pix software and education is not cancelable as it is instantly available for download and activation when order is placed.
Vivid-Pix will make every effort to cancel / stop a shipment once an order has been placed.
